About Us
Na'enimonigamig is Fond du Lac's new kitchen/cannery facility. The space is open to all Fond du Lac community members, including enrollees, descendants, family members, Native producers, and Bimaaji'idiwin Producer Program participants to preserve their harvest and create value-added products. There is a wide range of equipment available for use, including canning equipment & pressure cookers, dehydrators, vacuum sealers, a butchering facility, Sugar Bush processing equipment (filter press, bottler, sugar maker), walk-in refrigerator and freezer, root cellar and more!
